Here is how to fix Sony Vegas Pro. It's caused by AMD drivers so you can roll back to older version or you can do this... This is faster ;)

A simple fix to a bizarre bug in Sony Vegas 17. Every time using a sapphire fx, it'll change the blue to red, and red to blue. Luckily this video shows you how to get rid of that problem! c: Hello! In this video, I show off a color glitch that happens with sony vegas 17. Using sapphire fx, the blue and red will switch for an odd reason, causing ugliness to occur to your face I mean video. This video shows off how to fix the color glitch, or the broken colors, using the s_invert sapphire plugin fx. This tutorial should work, but your sony vegas 17 may or may not render slower using this. NOTE: This is only an issue in Vegas 17. Older versions of Vegas have no issue with Sapphire. I had this idea in mind when a friend told me that sapphire gave this weird blue coloring when you add in a sapphire effect, so I spent 5 hours playing around to fix the issue. This happened. Hopefully anyone else that had this problem now knows since it might be the program that's doing so and not the plugin itself. Feel free to request tutorials.
