You'll find better maps in Grindr. There you can use maps to pinpoint a persons exact location.

A lot of maps have older or incorrect data copied over the locations.
I visited Seoul in 2019 and it was a nightmareeee trying to find my hotel because of this, I had no idea this was a thing
Is it possible Bing is using data from OpenStreetMap? I do know they share data
